Our Mission

The mission of the City of Hardeeville Planning Department is to promote managed growth in City of Hardeeville by maintaining a comprehensive planning program which minimizes land use conflicts, coordinates the provision of public services, and optimizes the quality of life for all city residents.

The City of Hardeeville Planning Department is responsible for review and approval of all proposed subdivisions, site plans and zoning applications in the incorporated areas of the City of Hardeeville.  Please contact the Planning staff for any development or zoning related questions (843) 784-2231.
