HTVN Channel 63 is the city's information station providing viewers with access to city council meetings and Committee meetings, special documentaries and other timely city news stories along with local, state, and national satellite programming.

The mission of HTVN is to provide informative, appealing, and beneficial programming to the citizens of the City of Hardeeville. The goal of the channel is to connect the people and their city more directly, expanding access to the government and community while providing an additional medium for the City to respond to the needs and concerns of residents.
