Sgt. Arnold Middleton of the Hardeeville Police Department helps five-year-old Breanna Calhoun put on the “Fatal Vision” goggles, which simulate the impaired vision of a drunk driver. Breanna then tried her best to drive a golf cart through a course of traffic cones.
