Court Schedule

The Hardeeville Municipal Court meets every Monday at 10 am and is presided over by Judge Nancy Gutierrez. It also meets every Thursday at 10 am and is presided over by Judge Nancy Gutierrez. In an effort to address the needs of our Hispanic population, a special Court is held the fourth Thursday of each month at 10 am. Judge Nancy Gutierrez and a certified interpreter make sure that all of our citizens receive a fair trial.
