Councilman Bo White


Bo White was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College where he was elected Student Body President and selected to Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges. He was on Young Life Staff, a faith-based youth organization in Washington DC and Yonkers, New York.

National Program Recognition

He moved to Indianapolis, Indiana to work with Mayor Richard Lugar to successfully begin Communities in School. The program was expanded by the Carter Administration. Forty-two years later the program is in 25 states using the tenets of the Indianapolis program.

He founded Project Access with four schools' systems in the Boston area while at Raytheon. The program established computer science programs, training for teachers in four high schools, and paid student internships. The program received national recognition for work and education partnership excellence. His career has focused on:

  • Strategic Planning

Personal Life

Pat and Bo have lived in Sunday City for 9 years.
